A member of the boards of directors of Telecom Italia, AXA Assicurazioni, Piquadro, Sisal and FAAC., Paola has invested in tech start-ups with Italian Angels for Growth since 2009.
From Rome, but now Milanese by adoption, Alessia is a journalist with Corriere della Sera and part of the Innovation department focusing on cybersecurity, science, engines and sport tech. She previously worked for Gazzetta dello Sport for 16 years, as a correspondent at the Formula 1 World Championship races and the Moto GP World Championship races. She ventured into the world of journalism in Rome immediately after graduating in Italian literature, working for il Messaggero and then moved to the economic department of Ansa for more than five years. She is also the author of young adult fiction dealing with social issues ranging from disabilities to cyberbullying and even gender diversity.
A Senior Partner of Roland Bergei’s Technology Media & Telcos Competence Centre, Alfredo has 20 years’ experience in consulting with TLC and media multinationals and Italian clients on how to grow, relaunch and reposition their business and to optimise and transform their business and operating models. After graduating in industrial engineering from the Naples University, he obtained MBAs from the University of Michigan and the Rotterdam School of Management. Alfredo currently heads up the Italian office of Roland Berger.
Giorgio De Palma is the managing director at CVC Italia. He has over 15 years of experience in the private equity field gained with CVC, which he joined in 2005 after leaving Morgan Stanley. Giorgio is a director on the boards of Recordati, Conceria Pasubio and Sisal Group and is chairman of the board of directors of Arzignanese.
Journalist, essayist and university professor, Daniele currently holds the position of Communication and PR Director of the Department of Innovation and Digitalisation for the Office of the Prime Minister of Italy. He set up and managed the Agi Factory , Eni Group's press agency, and also ran the digital PR, social media management and reputation monitoring office for this group. Editor of the Neo collection, Daniele lectures at the Milan Università Cattolica, Ateneo Salesiano, Cuoa di Vicenza and the Business School of Sole 24 Ore. He is also a member of the scientific committee of the master's degree course in economics and communication and media management at the Rome Tor Vergata University. He worked as a journalist for Repubblica for over ten years, was part of the start-up of Kataweb, was instrumental in the start-up of Vivacity.it and also set up and managed UniCredit Group's digital media relations. As an essayist, Daniele has won many sector awards and has a blog on communication issues.
CEO at Kantar Insights Division for Italy, Greece and Israel with extensive experience in consumer insight gained in agencies and with companies like Coca-Cola Italy. Federico has management experience in the repositioning and exportation of start-ups (OTO Research of FullSIX Group) and the launch of new companies (Duepuntozero Research). Author of books on his field and brilliant speaker about Millennials, Digital and Brand Management, Federico is a Contract Professor at the Milan Università Cattolica di Sacro Cuore and Sole 23 Ore's business school.
Clodia is Associate Professor of Economy and Business Management and Director of the master's degree course in Management of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the Department of Economics, Management and Quantitative Methods (DEMM) at the Milan Università degli Studi, where she carries out research activities and lectures on corporate sustainability strategies, innovation and social entrepreneurship, social impact assessment and sustainability reporting.

She is a member of the Fullbright Commission for the selection of PhD and MBA students in the US and director of SIT Group and is certified as an Innovation Manager by the Italian Ministry for Development.
Google business manager, Umberto started his career at Telecom Italia's research laboratories before moving to Cisco as a pre-sales engineer and then account manager for the Italian mobile phone operators. He transferred to Microsoft as a client executive for Telecom Italia and is currently with Google as head of the business insight and data science unit. He is also contract professor for the "Laboratorio di Reti di Telecomunicazioni" module at the Milan Polytechnic.
Head of the Milan office and member of the European board of Brunswick Group, Alessandro has over 25 years of experience in all communication fields. Positions held include journalist with Milano Finanza and Italia Oggi and communications director at Indesit Company. He has advised international market leaders in M&A transactions and corporate and financial transactions and lectures on communication during crisis situations and issues management as part of the master's degree course at the IULM University. He is a member of the M&A and Public Affairs teams of the American Chamber of Commerce.

He is mainly involved in the development of new concepts, designing new business models and customer insight. Keenly interested in the experimental approaches used by start-ups, Marco is experienced in the management of innovation and programmes to develop digital skills by large companies.
With more than 20 years of experience in the international ICT sector, Massimo started his career with Dada Group as system administrator to then head up the IT team, managing the infrastructure department for four countries. He moved to the product management department and led the transfer of the company to Agile/Scrum managing hosting products like Product Owner before transferring to the marketing department for Domain & Hosting Reseller Channel activities. Marco then moved to Aruba S.p.A. and currently is the Enterprise Marketing Manager.
Investment analyst, member of the SiamoSoci team, Federico focuses on activities linked to the Mamacrowd equity crowdfunding platform, for which he has been directly involved in dozens of campaigns, mostly for Italian early stage start-ups. His duties include working with incubators and accelerators of partners. Professional experience includes consultancy for I3P in Turin, one of the major Italian company incubators, where he developed strategies and was involved in fundraising.
